We are committed to protecting this information and to use only for services provided by Grailex.
    We do not disclose personal information about our customers, except to provide confidential information on demand in compliance with necessary government bodies. Grailex will not sell your personal information.




   

Use of Personal Information

    The policy of secrecy set out in this notice applies to politics of Grailex and affiliated companies. We obtain confidential personal information about you solely for the purposes specified:
    Information we receive from you on account applications or other forms, such as name, address, telephone and similar information. We use this information to operate the accounts for each client: transaction processing, querying your data, you respond to your questions, evaluate your investment needs and identify other products and services that may interest you.     All employees performing Grailex privacy practices set strict standards for protecting the confidentiality of your personal information in accordance with this policy. We require to enter into an agreement of confidentiality all outside companies and independent contractors to whom we provide customer information for access to brokerage accounts, servicing and processing of information (banks, brokers, market makers). We have a physical and electronic protection of our information, which is under the given conditions of confidentiality to protect your personal data.
