Customer disclosure between the investor and the company Grailex
1 . General
Company Grailex, providing their services and products, agrees to comply with the following provisions of this Agreement:
Individual approach. Complete confidentiality and anonymity of all trading accounts.
Investor has the right at any time to refuse trust management services and to withdraw funds. In such cases, investor should alert the administration and pay 50% of the profits since the beginning of the current reporting period.
Investor opens an account for himself in his own name with their chosen broker. After reviewing the statements of the investor in asset management services we send a list of tested and proven world-class brokerages and brief information on the procedure for registering and depositing funds to the brokerage account. Investor at his discretion opens an account with one of the brokers and deposits the funds. Access to trade on the account is transferred to our company for the automated trading systems of Grailex.
An investor can monitor his account in real time, access to the dashboard on the company's website to view account status, impact and performance of Grailex system.
The minimum investment period is 1 (one) calendar month.
1.1. Within 5-(five) days of each reporting period the investor shall transfer 50% of the profits to Grailex account. Grailex trading continues for five days of the next reporting period and suspends in case of delayed payment to Grailex for its services. At the end each reporting period the investor is sent a summary report of trading activity during this period. The amount to be paid within 5-days to Grailex is indicated on the statement with banking instructions (Bank translation or system WebMoney). At the time of disbursement of funds trades on the account continues. When delays are expected in the transfer of payment, the investor must notify the administration.
1.2. Only an investor can deposit and withdraw funds, the transfer of funds can be carried out 1 time per month.
1.3. Broker is a company where the investor opens his trading account. We will provide a
list of recommended brokerages.
An investor can open an account at any brokerage firm, while Grailex has a right to refuse its service if the broker does not satisfy the conditions of technical and commercial terms of Grailex systems.
1.4. Any party may request termination of asset management by respectively notifying the other party. Grailex requires 2 days to complete the termination process. Profit is distributed between investors and Grailex according 50/50 split.
2. The rights, duties and responsibilities of the investor
2.1. Investor must have a general idea of trading on global stock markets and currency market Forex, and must be aware of the fact that trading in financial markets associated with high financial risk.
2.2. The account is opened directly by the investor in his own name. Open trading account must be funded by not less than $ 10000. Account can be opened in dollars, euros, rubles, depending on the types of accounts a broker. Only the investor has the right to withdraw money or deposit funds.
2.3. Investor may not transfer account passwords of his brokerage account to any third parties.
3. Rights and obligations
3.1. When account balance increases dramatically the Grailex ATX parameters can be automatically rebuilt by changing the values of its input for more aggressive trading.
3.2. Grailex is not liable to investors for any possible losses associated with the challenges of the brokerage company.
3.3. Grailex may not transfer login and password of the account to a third party.
Key provisions of the Terms of Use
Your use of or purchase of any services / products of Grailex serves as your confirmation to acceptance of this Terms of Use ( "Agreement").
You understand and agree to be bound by conditions of this agreement. This agreement is binding and has the same effect as a physically signed agreement. Grailex reserves the right to modify this Agreement by notifying you.
As an independent investor, you acknowledge that you should only be responsible for your definition of the relevant investment elections, and you understand that the systems Grailex (Grailex) are automated trading systems, robotic computer programs based on mathematical formulas and algorithms models. Automatic trading is specially designed to be without human intervention and decision making. You agree and understand that the founders Grailex are not responsible for the investment choices and / or definitions. Staff of Grailex cannot advise you or to comment on any data systems Grailex and other conditions related to financial operations, risk, other data, trade, transaction or investment decisions of the company Grailex. You also acknowledge that Grailex cannot not give any legal or tax advice. You agree that Grailex and employees are not responsible for any loss or damage which may arise directly or indirectly the actions of automated trading systems Grailex.
All data reporting on your accounts, obtained by you from Grailex should be confidential. You must not distribute copy, reproduce, replace, modify, sell, or transfer to anyone the data from this moment.
All materials are copyright www.grailex.com, including sounds, images, software, text, video clips, logos, images and news are protected under international copyright laws. You should not use the materials except as identified above and has already published on the site. You agree to follow the instructions published on the site www.grailex.com, limiting the use of materials. Any unauthorized use of materials from the site www.grailex.com may violate the copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy. Grailex reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion (the application for trust management and other services). You agree to pay ongoing fees, expenses and taxes, according to the terms of service Grailex outlined in the agreement above. Grailex reserves the right to change prices for services, notifying the client and publishing data on new indicators on Grailex official website.
Expenditures
Grailex makes no representations or warranties regarding its agreement with the domestic laws and / or foreign laws or on the compliance with the legislation of the contents of Web site. You acknowledge that the site www.grailex.com and published in its contact information is the only means of access to user information to Grailex and direct connection with the administration. You agree that Grailex cannot be responsible for any damages or losses that you may incur as a result of failure of server systems, web site or other systems of communication and management.
This Agreement is valid only for existing clients of Grailex.
Grailex can terminate any or all services provided by this Agreement at any time and for any reason.
In cases of any fraudulent activity by the client, Grailex reserves the right to provide to law enforcement any data pertaining to the fraud.
You agree that your use of automated trading systems of Grailex will be implemented to one (1) or more live brokerage accounts in your name.
You agree that Grailex will not be liable to you or to a third party for damages or losses caused directly or indirectly causes the automatic control, including natural disasters, wars, strikes, terrorist attacks, stock exchange or market regulations and restrictions, interruption of data processing services or communication services, violations and mistakes of trade on any market or exchange, unauthorized access or operator error, the total failure of systems.
You agree that Grailex will not be liable to you for any loss or damage caused to you (including lost revenue, deposit and part of the available funds in your account) during periods of market volatility, the maximum volatile market volatility, systems upgrade third-party intermediaries, operating or for other reasons.
You understand that Grailex is not responsible for any loss or damage arising as a result of delays in content, operators, and server problems.
By agreeing and accepting the terms of services you agree to receive a comprehensive relationship with Grailex via telephone and the Internet, through e-mail and Web site for the transfer and exchange of data: the confirmation of transactions, financial reporting, notification of changes in CONDITIONS OF USE products and services of Grailex, and other information. You agree to inform us immediately of any changes in your contact details (email, contact numbers). You agree to report to Grailex any errors or omissions relating to the error reporting systems, web site, brokerage accounts and so on. Grailex reserves the right to record telephone calls and archive e-mail messages, according to its policy to defend or protect their clients.
Arbitration, the condition of the parties:
Grailex RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU THROUGH THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS OF RF or other appropriate jurisdiction if any fraudulent activity has been committed by using Graile., In such cases Grailex RESERVES THE RIGHT TO USE your personal information against you.
You agree to keep confidential information sent to you by Grailex and agree not to distribute data to others: partners, directors, officials close, ... third parties.
You agree to be liable for violations of this agreement, any legal repercussions, and legal fees incurred by Grailex as a result of your actions.
Agreement
I, as a user of services of Grailex, I read and understand the Terms of Use. Furthermore, my use of the Service Grailex would be consistent with established Terms of User Agreement.
